If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. We believe in our products and want you to have ample time to review them.
1. Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The request must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- The product must have been purchased directly through our website via PayPal.
- As our products are digital downloads, once a refund is processed, your license to use the content is revoked, and you must delete all copies of the files.
2. How to Request a Refund (Step-by-Step)
We’ve made the process simple and transparent:
- Locate your Order ID: This can be found in the confirmation email sent by PayPal immediately after your purchase.
- Contact Support: Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request: [Your Order ID]".
- Provide Feedback (Optional): While not required, letting us know why the product wasn't a fit helps us improve our guides.
- Processing: Our team will verify the purchase and initiate the refund through PayPal. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
3. Payment Processing (PayPal)
Since PayPal handles the actual movement of funds, once we approve the refund, it may take 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank's policies.
4. Cancellation of Subscriptions
If you have a recurring subscription, you can cancel it at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle begins. You can manage your subscription via your PayPal account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
